Reception staff friendly and upfront about waiting times
Doctor was outstanding and I felt extremely listened to and cared for

Cafe staff refused hot drink at 3.45 because they had cleaned machines but didn’t close until 4pm. Quite rude.

My experience was second to none, I was given time to explain my condition and the physiotherapist put me through a series of exercises, he then made me a follow up appointments, I now have the exercises on my phone. 10/10
